B)For 3 cycles, AMRAP in 3 mins of:

5 Deadlifts, (165/105 lbs)

5 Lateral Burpee (Over Barbell)

10 Kettlebell Swings, (24/16 kg)


Rest 1 min between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
