A) As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
5 Dumbbell Push Press (35/20 lbs)
5 Dumbbell Push Jerk (35/20 lbs)
20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
B) Row 1 K TT
**While others are going skill work on ring dips
Gym closed August 27th for Fin Island Trail Run. This will allow us to do a 5 or 10 km TT. If you are away feel free to do this on your own time this weekend!
