Partner Workout! For time:

Groups of 2:

100 Wall Balls

100 Jumping Lunges

100 Medicine Ball Slams

-if needed-

Groups of 3:

150 Wall Balls

150 Jumping Lunges

150 Medicine Ball Slams

 

1 Person works, while the others rest. The person working cannot exceed 10 reps per turn.

Every minute each group does 2 synchronized burpees.
