A) Tabata Flutter Kicks

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.

Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.

 

B) 4 x As many rounds as possible in 2 minutes:

25 Kettlebell Swings, (24/16 kg)

Max Rep Double Unders

Rest 1 minute between rounds.
