5 Hollow Body Rocks

12 Mountain Climbers

B) For 5 cycles: AMRAP in 2 mins of:

3 Strict Handstand Push-ups

3 Dumbbell Hang Squat Snatch (Left)s (35/20 lbs)

3 Dumbbell Hang Squat Snatch (Right)s (35/20 lbs)

 

Rest 1 min between each cycle.

For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
