Death By Thruster With a continuously running clock perform:

1 Thruster (95/65 lbs) in the first 1 min

2 Thrusters in the second 1 min

3 Thrusters in the third 1 min … Continuing this for as long as you are able.


For time:

150 Double Unders*


*Complete immediately after death by Thruster elimination (if finish 17 mins +12 thrusters–start on the 18th minute)
