- This program focuses on variation, meaning everyday is a new challenge where you will get to learn to use equipment/movements such as your body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, boxes, pull up bars, rowers, assault air bike, running etc.
- We will post the workout every day on the blog. Never be discouraged by looking at it– we post the same workout for everyone but our coaching staff are very good at knowing individual needs and ‘scaling’ as needed.
- The majority of each class is conditioning based, but every class will involve a significant amount of warm-up, mobility (stretching to improve range of motion), skill, and strength development.
- All CrossFit memberships have unlimited access to the Oly classes as well!
What is Bootcamp?
CrossFit North Battleford offers Bootcamp classes for those who are looking to increase their strength and fitness while doing lighter workouts. The combination of group workouts mixed with high intensity strength and cardiovascular training will benefit anyone looking to lead a healthier life. The Bootcamps generally run for six weeks and are offered three nights a week. The cost for the six week program is $120 per person or $100 per person if you and a friend sign up!
