Do you find yourself bored or unsure of what to do in the gym? We've got you covered.

 

In every class expect a high-energy workout introduction, a coach-led warm-up, group stretching, skill & strength development, all followed up by a daily workout completed alongside others in the class.

The first week is on us! The only thing that we ask is that you give it an honest try- at least 3 classes during the trial. We require you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your first-ever class.
