FIVE TIMES PER WEEK
Class times: Monday - Thursday from 7:30-8:30 PM
Every class includes an instructor led warm up, stretching, movement education and the workouts are done together at the same time.
STRENGTH & CONFIDENCE
Our goal for Ladies Night is to introduce each member to functional lifting movements and to help them realize their bodies’ potential. Weightlifting has many benefits, including: increased bone density, less fat tissue and more muscle tissue, reduced risk of osteoporosis, injury and joint pain, enhances mood and reduces stress.
This class is strictly for ladies only. Providing women with this type of environment creates a comfortable atmosphere where people don’t have to worry about being constantly surrounded by men. The workouts are customized to fit women’s abilities, and together ladies will act as a support system for everyone in the program.
Overall, the Ladies Only Class is a great fit for ladies starting out in the gym to give the basic knowledge needed to feel comfortable and confident in the gym!
