FOUR TIMES PER WEEK
Class times: Monday - Thursday from 7:30-8:30 PM
Every class includes an instructor-led warm-up, stretching, movement education, and the workouts are done together as a group.

Our goal for Ladies Night is to introduce each member to functional lifting movements and to help them realize their potential.
This class is strictly for ladies only. A comfortable atmosphere, full of support.
