Banana French Toast Protein Pancake

These are awesome for a pre or post-workout carb + protein meal!
Ingredients for 4 small, 3 medium (pictured) or 2 LARGE pancakes:
-150 g Banana, mashed
-1/2 Kodiak Pancake Mix or Regular Pancake Mix
-1.5 c. Egg Whites
-1.5 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
-2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
-2 tsp. Cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until smooth and there are few lumps.
2. I'm pretty sure you have made pancakes before so you know the next steps.
3. Add maple syrup or calorie free syrups, depending on preferences!
