Dat Sweet Curry Chicken

Fire up the grill and impress someone today.

Serves 4


- 4 Chicken Breasts


-3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

-1 Tbsp Olive Oil

-1 Tbsp Grainy Dijon Mustard

-1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

-1/2 Tbsp Curry Powder

-1 tsp. Minced Garlic

-1 tsp. Chilli Powder

-1/4 tsp. Cumin

-1/2 tsp. Salt

-1/2 tsp. Pepper


1. Mix all marinade ingredients together and mix well with chicken. Marinate for 1+ hours (overnight if you are really planning ahead).

2. Preheat grill (or Oven to 400 degrees F).

3. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

We served this sweet potato cubes done in the air fryer along with some roasted asparagus spears with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and tossed parmesan on top just before serving.
