Herd Nutrition Super Salmon

This was real good.


Serves 4:


Ingredients:

- 4x 6 oz Salmon filets


Marinade:

- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup

- 2 Tbsp Fresh dill, diced fine

- 1 Tbsp Grainy Dijon mustard

- 1 Tbsp Olive oil

- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice

- Zest of 1/2 lemon

- 1 tsp garlic

- Salt & pepper


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (or Grill).

2. Mix marinade together in a mason jar or in a small mixing bowl. Pour over fresh salmon filets.

3. Bake or grill for 15-20 minutes or until salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
