HN Slammin' Salmon

Wow. This one is a great quick and easy salmon recipe. Pregnant wife approved and a great spin on Maple Glazed salmon!

Serves 4


-4 Salmon Filets


-3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

-1 Tbsp Olive Oil

-1 Tbsp Grainy Dijon Mustard

-1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

-1/2 Tbsp Curry Powder

-1 tsp. Minced Garlic

-1 tsp. Chilli Powder

-1/4 tsp. Cumin

-1/4 tsp. Salt

-1/4 tsp. Pepper


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

2. Mix all marinade ingredients together.

3. In glass cookware place salmon filets and pour marinade over them.

4. Bake for ~18-20 minutes, or until salmon reaches a minimum internal temp of 145 degress F.
