The Herd Nutrition Burger

What this one lacks in visual appeal makes up for 100% in taste. I love making this one for the squad when they come over for a Barbecue and you absolutely will too. The mix of sweet and salty hits everyone's taste buds.
Makes 8x 4oz. Burgers:
-2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef
-1/2 Red Onion, diced
-1 Egg, lightly whisked
-3 or 4 Medjool Dates, chopped
-1/3 cup Bread Crumbs
-1/2 Tbsp Grainy Dijon mustard
-1/2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
-1/2 Tbsp Lighthouse Italian Seasoning
-1/2 tsp. Lighthouse Dried Parsley
-1/2 tsp. Salt
-1/2 tsp. Pepper
1. Combine all ingredients and form into equally 4-6 oz patties.
2. Set BBQ or Cast Iron pan to medium heat.
3. Cook burgers until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
4. Pair with all your favourite burger fixings and condiments.
